Terms of Service

Legacy OS (“the Service”) is a private family dashboard. By using it you agree to these terms.
1. Your account & your family's space
Each family receives a private, isolated space. You are responsible for keeping your passcode and login credentials safe and for the people you invite into your family's space.
2. Your data is yours
Everything you enter — schedules, finances, documents, memories — belongs to your family. We claim no rights over it, we do not sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time.
3. Not professional advice
Financial projections, savings calculators, fitness planning, and AI answers are planning tools and general information only — not financial, investment, legal, medical, or halachic advice. Consult qualified professionals (and your Rav) for real decisions.
4. Third-party connections
Optional integrations (bank sync, calendar feeds, AI) are provided by third parties under their own terms. Connect only what you are comfortable with; each can be disconnected at any time.
5. Service & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.
